This company does good looking kitchens and bathrooms, I do have to give them that. Unfortunately their finishing skills and after sales service is really bad.We have had our kitchen and bathroom for about 16 months now and the list of issues we have:1 - still have a broken laminate board from when the radiator was fitted.2 - our kitchen ends of soaking from condensation every time use the tumble dryer because drilling a hole in a poured concrete wall with reinforced wire mesh is a "specialist job"... 8000+ for a kitchen and they can't spend 50 to hire the right kind of drill!?!?!3 - The side panel of one of the cupboards in the kitchen is starting to bubble and crack, I'm assuming from the heat from the radiator (shouldn't this have been treated to resist heat?!)4 - we got wood effect PCV skirting so that they wouldn't need painted, and they got attached to the wall using nails!! Not even the kind with a PVC head! The whole of this kind of skirting is that nails aren't needed!5 - we got PVC wall panels (Which do look great) in the bathroom. But already it looks as though the top layer of one of the panels is starting to wear away.From the moment we paid them, they just seem to have lost all interest in fixing anything.As I said, they do lovely looking kitchens, but based on their lack of finishing skills and after sales service, I couldn't recommend this company.
