Cans be pricey. But great couple of hours. We hired a private book for an extra 10.00Well worth it.
Ive always been a fan of Dino M8 especially Santa who we have now been to see in 2016 & 2017. Today was a perfect example of the fantastic staff. With my son and I travelling from Fife for a party at the soft play, I thought it would be good to get him booked to see Santa too. There was no bookings that suited our times/plans but the lovely girl who I spoke to passed us on to manager Debbie. She then went out her way, even speaking to the director to accommodate us. This is a prime example of extraordinary customer service. Something a lot of companies could learn from. Thank you
Soft play was quite big. A separate section for under 3s which was a decent size too. Lots of seating, and party booths. A little cafe serving hot and cold food/drinks. We didn't have a party but seen some other kids and there was a dinosaur that came round. Free and ample parking. Easy to get to. Prices are fairly standard of soft plays. There's a trampoline place upstairs too so lots to keep kids entertained.
